I have reopened my family practice at Westgrove Medical as of April 7, 2025, located at 4740 Dundas St W.

My prior patients are able to book an appointment online on Westgrove Medical for any medical concerns. Please come by the clinic to sign a "Patient Enrollment Form" at your earliest convenience if you have not already done so, which will immediately re-enroll you to my practice. Enrolment is on a first come first serve basis, and cannot be guaranteed once my practice is full.

I will have access to your prior records from Prince Edward Medical, but not to medical reports that took place during the closure period.

If you have family members in need of a physician, I anticipate having some space in my practice to accept family members. They are welcome to book a "meet and greet" appointment by signing up to the Westgrove Medical waiting list, and mentioning that they are in the same household as you.

Westgrove will also be hiring some new (amazing) physicians who will be accepting patients, so if you have friends or neighbours in need of a physician, they are welcome to join the Westgrove Medical waiting list!
